DO NOT suffer from Plantar Fasciitis
Plantar fasciitis is a common condition among runners, or people who spend a lot of time on their feet or walking. It can also be caused if you have flat feet or high arches as this puts strain on the plantar fascia. Tightness in calf muscles can also affect the plantar fascia as does a sudden increase in physical activity, for example if you start to train for a marathon and go too hard too soon.
