The Revs massage insole, by the nature of the nodules, can get dirty with wear, either with dust or socks or skin! That's OK...very easy to clean with the Revs cleaning brush. You can gently brush the dirt out easily using the dry brush. If they are exceptionally dirty you may benefit from scrubbing them with mild detergent and warm water. Normally the dry brush cleaning is sufficient.
